We all experience difficulties from time to time. I understand that by the very nature of your role, you can feel somewhat time-poor. To ensure my clients get the best from my executive coaching courses, most standard sessions are 1.5 hours and should be booked every 4 – 6 weeks to maintain momentum.
All of my life coaching and business leadership coaching services are bespoke; they are designed specifically to be flexibly tailored around the specific needs of the individual, their organisation and their team.
Regular sessions boost effectiveness and progress. With that in mind, it’s always best to book multiple sessions together as this is the most effective way to maintain commitment to the programme, helping you prioritise your professional development.
Of course, should you need to rearrange, that’s fine. However, a minimum of 48 hours' notice of any necessary session cancellation would be appreciated.
There are no set programme materials as life coaching/business coaching courses are all unique to each client. However, there will be specific actions in line with your specific goals set at each session; these will be reviewed at your following session to maintain progress and impetus.
Each programme is designed with the individual in mind, therefore so too are your precise actions or ‘homework’. This people-centric approach maximises professional career attainment, ensures the greatest leadership improvement and ultimately, your job satisfaction.

Right now, the chances are you don’t know who I am, nor I you. So, let’s jump on an initial call and have a chat?
I offer a free, no-obligation, consultation where you can tell me more about you, and I can share my approach with you. I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, kind and honest, so I think we will get along famously.
Leadership training for managers follows a relatively simple process. However, it is also fully adaptable, ensuring that it’s always highly personalised for the individual who remains front and centre.
Our initial consultation is an informal chat where we get to know one another. Tell me your goals, ambitions and the challenges you face as a leader and I’ll outline how professional coaching could support you, and what results you can expect.
From here, I will provide your bespoke proposal for your tailored, structured coaching programme. In our first face-to-face meeting, we will assign clear, practical steps and actions in line with your overall coaching objectives. Ensuring we maintain our outcomes-focused approach, with culpability, we will review these during subsequent sessions to report on your progress.
Any form of coaching works best when multiple sessions are booked together. This ensures that your personal development time is secured, and cannot easily be missed due to pressing work matters. This commitment builds momentum and increases effectiveness; keeping your coaching and the things we have discussed front of mind.
That said, I always endeavour to work flexibly around the needs of my clients, so if you would like to book individual sessions, this is fine, too.
Strategic leadership training or executive coaching is not counselling or any other form of therapy; it is not instructional, teaching, mentoring or a form of sales training.
A professional business coach works with you enhancing your focus and motivation, maintaining focus on your goals, a particular task or challenge. The aim of a coach is to support you in becoming the very best version of your professional self, to guide and provide the open, honest feedback, which helps boost workforce engagement and fosters productive behaviours.
The old adage, time is money, has maximum relevance when it comes to the role of a CEO or Managing Director.
Freeing up senior management’s highly valuable time, professional, external meeting facilitation provides highly cost-effective, efficient hosting in line with the corporate agenda, goals and overall strategy.
What’s more, the neutrality of an independent, third-party, offers a unique, fresh perspective that may otherwise be missed. Your team are likely to ‘openly say what they truly think’ when communicating with an impartial intermediary. Within a conflict resolution scenario, where assumption can lead to further complications, external facilitation will optimise communication, interpret the internal challenges objectively and clarify accountability to deliver a realistic, workable solution.
